RV-friendly breakfast recipe
Success meals on an RV trip depend on a few things: simple dishes that use certain ingredients easily found on the road, fast cooking times using few resources and easy clean-up.I am always looking for recipes that meet these demands, and when I find one that is particularly versatile and becomes a pillar of the family. These things are delicious, and the best part is, you can put whatever you want into them, taking your bookmarks when you hit the road, gathering the ingredients down the road or using leftovers when possible. Better yet, virtually everyone in the family can put it all together and throw it in the oven. Toast or Quick breads, some fruit on the side – and this is good to go. Two of these are actually what my daughters pack their bags on the way to school some day, with a bottle of water and juice of a bran muffin. Is the way to get the kids a nutritious hot meal fast, as you head out the door, and that translates well to a breakfast of trail or eat en route.You can use practically anything for meats, cheeses and vegetables, even if you want to be careful with some of most vegetables, such as tomatoes and aqueous Zucchini, because they need an extra minute of cooking to keep the result being too watery, as well.
